Stud Book apology

Dear All

STUD BOOK APOLOGY FOR INCORECT INVOICING

Attached please find a letter of apology and explanation from SA Stud Book for the invoices which were sent out to members with erroneous charges.

TSA Studbookhis paints a different picture to an email sent to one of our members from a staff member of Stud Book, extracted here below:

Laat weet as daar enige iets is waarmee ek verder kan help.”

Logix has had the Part Bred and Anglo Arab information on its system for almost two year, yet only now we are being invoiced.

Stud Book confirmed that they were looking into the matter only after the alert we posted last week, on the back of several enquiries from our members about dubious charges.

Had we kept quiet, we estimate that an seventy thousand Rand would have been made from our members.

At all times can members please keep a very careful eye on all invoices from Stud Book.

Kind regards,

Wes Hayes
President
Arab Horse Society of South Africa
