How to Obtain a Show License for AHSSA Events

If you are a non-member and wish to compete in Regional Shows and/or the SA National Championships, you will need a Show License for both yourself. The Show License is valid for one year, running from January to December, and must be renewed annually to remain eligible for competition.

Please follow the steps below to obtain a Show License:
1. Complete the Show License Application Form:
The form can be found on the website, under the “Documents” section. Be sure to fill in all required fields.

2. Pay the Show License Fees:
Make the necessary payment for the Show License. The fees are determined by the AHSSA Council.

3. Submit Your Application and Proof of Payment:
Send the completed Show License application form along with proof of payment to the AHSSA via email.

4. Receive Your Show License Certificate:
Upon processing your application, the AHSSA office will issue and send you a Show License Certificate.

5. You’re Ready to Compete:
Congratulations! You are now eligible to participate in all AHSSA shows, including the SA National Championships.

Terms & Conditions:
โ€ข For each show, you must include the Show License Certificate issued by the AHSSA with your entry form.
โ€ข Show Licenses are valid for one year, and a new license must be obtained for each year you wish to compete.
โ€ข The Show License is a once-off charge, and the fee is determined by the AHSSA Council.
โ€ข A Show License makes non-members eligible to compete in the SA National Championships.
